Need a boost immediately in your life? Steal my formula.

Everything you’re about to read is what I’m doing right now.
Some of it you can apply in your life right away, and some won’t resonate so feel free to discard it.
I’ll break this into tactical and strategic categories.
THE TACTICAL
[1] Find a workout program / physical activity that you enjoy.
If you HATE lifting weights, then going to a gym will yield short-term results.
This might be why you’ve “yo-yo’d” in the past.
I’m currently kick-boxing 6 days of the week for 30-40 minutes, and I leave every workout drenched.
Additionally, I’m playing basketball one day a week for two hours.
Both of these activities I love, and neither feel like torture.
Find something you enjoy and commit.
[2] Eating one gram of protein per pound of body weight.
I’m not a nutritionist, but I’ve hired trainers to learn from.
1g of protein seems to be the weeet spot for building muscle and losing fat (obviously you still need a caloric deficit).
To make this consumption stress free, 40% of the protein comes from shakes and 60% from real food.
Tracking this using MyFitnessPal couldn’t be easier.
[3] Spending 3-4 hours daily outdoors.
If you’re spending too much time behind a screen, and think that’s the only way to grow your biz, this is your opportunity to change your paradigm.
Many of my Zoom calls have turned into walk n talks on the phone.
This contributes to my step count and honestly, I think better when I’m outside walking and not behind a screen.
I’ve also been eating dinner on my balcony every night, and playing cards with Brandi as the sun sets.
Many of your problems may disappear if you get away from your screen.
There’s more to this list, but I’ll keep it to three items you can use immediately.
THE STRATEGIC
[1] Detaching from the mindset that money = success.
There are SO many beautiful aspects of your life that you may be missing out on by constantly thinking money is the only form of success.
Chasing money, chasing prospects, chasing shiny objects in your business…when will it stop?
You’re probably already making the money you SAID would one day make you happy.
But you’re still not fulfilled. How much is enough?
I’ve spoken to a 4 business owners lately (who have a MUCH bigger business than me) who want to simplify everything.
Like what I’ve built, they want a one-two person business that is high profit, and low stress.
They currently have high revenue, medium profit, and high stress.
I’m excited to hopefully one day work closer with these superstars and help them create a profitable, low complexity, enjoyable business.
Don’t let money be the only thing you measure.
[2] Unsubscribing from hustle culture.
Scale.
Scale.
Scale.
Every advertisement you see vows that scaling revenue will solve all your life problems.
Hint: NOPE.
The fact that people still think every minute has to be optimized and productive, is precisely why they have not made measureable progress in the areas they are so actively seeking to grow.
Back to back meetings, taking a quick bathroom break in between Zoom sessions, setting up tons of “get to know you calls” disguised as strategy sessions…
…the hustle culture has killed many dreams.
I work a few hours a day, and I’m all in during that time.
Supporting clients, responding to messages, making progress week over week on strategic goals that they’ve set.
Anything else is noise, and distractions disguised as productivity.
[3] Exiting relationships, descively, that feel misaligned.
Kevin Nations calls this using your “spidey sense”.
You have one.
You just need to trust it more.
Your gut.
Your intuition.
When a relationship doesn’t feel aligned, and you choose to remain in it, that’s your doing.
People will steal your time.
And more importantly, they’ll steal your peace of mind JUST because they’ve paid you.
When you see particular behavior that you’ve outgrown, it’s time to move on.
When you have a client call you and you secretly don’t want to answer the phone…that’s your spidey sense giving you a nudge.
These are just a few lessons I feel incredibly grateful to have learned lately.
Life is so beautiful.
If you woke up today and you have access to water, food, and shelter, you’ve already won the game of life.
