“I don’t have time to workout”
Truth is, I did have time.
But I felt guilty spending an hour in the gym versus an hour prospecting / growing the biz.
My old business model kept me glued to my computer.
> Back to back zoom “intro” calls
> Tons of strategy calls aka sales calls
> “Thinking” about what to post on social media that might result in a sale
The pressure I had on myself was crazy.
Here’s what my schedule looks like now:
• Kickboxing 6 days a week
• Daily 20,000 steps
• 99% of my Zoom meetings are phone calls
• 2,000 calories 6 days a week, 1 night eating whatever I want
• 2 hours a day working ON the biz, moving items forward
There is more to your life than sitting behind a laptop all day, thinking about how to grow your biz.
