In many cases, these leads are CREATED in the questions you ask in your discovery phase.
When I see people who are unable to fill a 5-10 person retreat / live event, in most cases they are speaking FAR TOO MUCH about their service / their expertise / their bells n whistles….
…and not spending nearly enough time on the deep problems and aspirations of their people.
Their marketing is often about THE EVENT.
Their emails are about THE SHINY HOTEL.
Their social presence is flooded with
THEIR UNIQUE MECHANISM.
No one cares!
People want an outcome - they don’t generally care ‘how’ that outcome can be achieved.
A “good lead” can be created based on whether or not YOU KNOW how to extract their heaven and hell scenarios.
And based on the extent the “good lead” feels that “HELL” right now, with extreme intensity, you can invite them to make a swift decision to get out of that pain.
No pressure = no diamonds.
No pain identified = no reason to buy from you.
There are TONS of “good leads” in the market right now.
They are looking for something and someone different.
You can be that person for them.
